Política de reembolso
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your digital file must be permanently deleted from all devices, and all physical copies disposed of.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All returns will be processed as a partial refund to the payment method used for the purchase (the refund amount will be the amount charged minus any credit card transaction fees).

The fastest way to ensure you receive what you intended to purchase is to contact us to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Credit card transaction fees charged to us will not be refunded, as this is not returned to us upon refund. You can view the designated fees here (Basic): https://www.shopify.com/pricing.
We will notify you once we’ve refunded your order on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
